Richmond, Virginia's most exciting whitewater outfitter.  We are dedicated to providing an exciting and safe whitewater experience on historic James River.  River City Rafting offers guided whitewater rafting and tubing trips.  We also provide a free shuttle service to and from the river while your vehicle is kept in our secure parking lot.
